At present, due to the high cost of carriage, we only deliver to mainland UK addresses and payment should be in Pounds sterling.  Delivery with the UK mainland is included in the total cost of your sign.  Please note: If the delivery address is outside of Devon & Cornwall all signs over 500mm in length will be delivered on a pallet (kerbside delivery only) additional delivery costs will apply, please call 01752 706388 for prices prior to placing your order on line

4. How do I pay for my sign?
Payments can be made through our website which utilises Paypal where you can pay by most major credit cards quickly and securely.  Should you wish to pay by cheque please contact us with your order details.

5. How do I fix my sign to the wall?
Our signs come complete with screws and wall plugs. If no holes are required please indicate this on the order form.  Our signs can also come with ‘hidden fixings’ – this is where we drill two or four holes in the back of the sign but not all the way through.  In order to fix your sign to a wall, you would need to drill holes into the wall then insert rawl plugs and screws, leaving about 1/4″ of screw head protruding, fill your slate holes with silicone or a proprietary gripfill then ‘marry’ them to the screw heads (obviously ensure you have aligned everything!).  Your sign will then sit flush to the wall,  please be advised that it is not recommended to move the sign once you have attached it in this way as there is a strong likelihood it will break.

6. Can I order a special sized sign?
We are able to produce signs in all shapes and sizes.  If you need a sign that is a little unusual in terms of shape or size please contact us directly with your requirements.

9. What if my sign is damaged during delivery?
Please inform us immediately if the sign arrives damaged. Please keep the damaged sign and packaging for at least 30 days. If you can send or e-mail a photograph of the damage we will replace it free of charge.

10. What are your refund and replacement terms?
In the unlikely event of you being dissatisfied with the finished sign please contact us immediately giving the reasons for dissatisfaction. If you return it to us we will either replace the sign, refunding the carriage costs, or give you a full refund.
